Chris is a builder with integrity who takes pride in working to a high standard. He assessed my leaky roof and came up with a few different hypotheses for what the problem was. He provided a menu of interventions and explained them in terms of priority and cost. Chris himself worked on the job, bringing two labourers. They got it done on budget and less than a week after agreeing on the quote. The workmanship seems excellent, and Chris provided many photos of the roof before, during and after repairs. He took plenty of time to tell me about what they found, and what future maintenance would be needed. He was so confident that in his repairs that he promised he'd do further work if the problem isn't solved. I would readily hire Chris again.

I asked him to come back and check the job, but he was sick, and to prevent further damage, he reimbursed the full amount so I am getting someone else to check on the issue. I feel he was reliable which is what is required at these jobs

He explained how he'd fix the leak in the roof and reassured me that the roof is still in good condition. They came out today and they were quick and left everything tidy. They did repoint a couple of extra tiles that needed it while they were up there which I really appreciated! Communication has been great throughout, price is fair after doing some quotes benchmark. After explaining what needed doing, he replaced my broken tiles within a few hours and came back two days later with his colleague to demoss my roof, which was the underlying cause of my leak. They were very polite, were tidy and cleaned up after they had finished. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.
This is long overdue feedback for Krys and his team who helped fit my kitchen in 2016. (I never quite got around to the formalities of ending the job on MyBuilder.) I can't recommend them highly enough. Their workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. The fact that he's a lovely chap is another bonus. Pleasure to have around. Would definitely hire again.
