Rating: 3.7 out of 5 3.753 reviewsTotally wasted our time. Accepted the quote and were advised they couldn’t start for a month. We had to chase Matt for a start date which was finally agreed. Night before, no contact so texted at 8pm to ask what time they would arrive. Text back with no apology but said the current job had overrun so wouldn’t be starting until Monday. Very annoyed as we had arranged work around this so one of us could be at home and he clearly wasn't going to let us know this until we chased him up! The Monday was a Bank Holiday so didn’t expect them until the Tuesday (although they didn't say this!). Texted on Monday evening as again no contact and he didn’t even bother to respond this time. Rang on the Tuesday and obviously blocked number as straight to voicemail. Waited a month for the work to be done and then he just didn’t bother turning up or have the courtesy to let us know he obviously wasn’t going to do the job. Don’t understand the motivation here at all to agree to a job and then just not do it. If you don’t want the job don’t accept it! Avoid at all costs!
I can't recommend Shoreline Roofing enough. Prompt reply and quote given. Extremely polite and worked tidily. Turned up every day and cracked on in awful weather, no excuses given. If you want a great job done at a reasonable price, then Shoreline Roofing is the company to go to. The end result looks amazing and I've had several neighbours comment on how great it's looking. Any future roofing requirements I may need, Shoreline is the only company I'll use. Truly excellent job done. Well pleased.
