Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-The team from Demarc did an excellent job on our bedroom which had water damage from a leak above. The ceiling was replaced, a wall dried and re-plastered, and all the finishing decoration touches were applied. It was very helpful having them communicate with the insurer and loss adjuster on our behalf. From the initial meeting, through all their communications and all personnel carry out the work we found them professional and personable. They stuck to the agreed timeline, even in difficult circumstances, and we were kept fully up to date on the progress throughout.

Excellent workmanship across the board alongside being a very friendly and helpful team who are always punctual and fully committed. Ihor and his team have helped build our very large gymnasium (12,000SqFt) and completed all building works for this project. X2 (Male and Female) large brand new changing rooms, showers, vanity areas, saunas and toilets (full build and decoration; full tiling, partitions, suspended ceiling, decorating), X1 large studio; new windows and fire exit door installation, X1 spin studio (structural changes; new steel and floor inserted), X1 office and a large gym hall space (plastering, decorating) comprising of a custom reception area. I’m addition to the feedback I’ve already given, I can honestly say that Ihor and his team (Vlad, Vasili, Ross, Nikola and Michael, plus many more) are extremely hard working, honest in their opinions surrounding any of the works needed (materials, costs, etc) and have been a pleasure to work with. I will most definitely be using Ihor and his teams services again in the future with all further developments and would be happy to showcase their work. 10/10. Thanks Ihor and the team.

Gerti and his team provided a great service and high quality finish, working late and on weekend to get the job done. Pricing was fair and milestone payments throughout the job. Gerti was really helpful, providing advice and answering questions throughout the job. The job was a knock down of a wall, strip out and full install of a new bathroom. I would not hestitate in recommending Gert and will definitely be using GA Builds again for future works. Also happy to provide a written reference or share picture of the finished job with anyone who is considering appointing GA. Really happy and satisfied customer!

Piotr and Pawel did a great job, and I ended up doing more than doors and skirting replacements. They renovated the bathroom, installed flooring and backsplash, and painted the stairs. They are knowledgeable, punctual, tidy, and reliable. Communication was good and I recommend them.

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-I an very very very impressed with the work(Bathroom/Kitchen refitting, new electrical rewiring, gas and water pipe, new boiler installation, new flooring and painting for the walls, ceilings , doors , closets) that Loui and his team did for my entire house. They were very dedicated and committed to the work. They were punctual and very hardworking (they started from 07:30 everyday and they did not miss a single day) and sometimes they even worked on Sunday. Loui kept his word that we can move in before the Christmas. I am still amazed Loui could finish all the work in just about 7 weeks. They finished the work to a very high standard and they always kept the place clean and tidy. Other than that, Loui always kept me informed when there was an issue and provided his professional recommendations. I really like his honesty and work attitude. He would rather finish the work in a proper and correct way (even though it might take longer time) instead of cutting corners or doing in shortcut way. He is always prompt in providing feedback when you have a question. Loui is reliable, friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Loui!!

They impressed at the quote stage, taking time to understand our vision and providing solutions and value adds that come with experience and knowledge of the trade to get the best result and work with our budget. Once the job was agreed they managed the job and even exceeded to make sure we were happy. They explained the progress on site visits and worked with us during the project to find solutions. They cared about our vision like it was their own house and provided design aspects and value adds that only the best can.
