Arrived when he said he would and made a thorough inspection and talked me through what he would do.
Quote for the job was very reasonable so we arranged a date for the installation. Hayden kept me well informed and even managed to fit me in a day early.
Arrived promptly and did an excellent job leaving no mess at all. Really pleased with the work he did which he completed to a high standard.

Hamid and his team did fantastic work to rewire our 3 bed house, they rewired everything up to standard and advised accordingly, and helped manage unexpected asbestos professionally and courteously, advising on removal companies.
We are very pleased with the work and will be using their services in the future if needed.

I cannot praise Radovan and his team highly enough! Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. They have transformed a run down 1930s bungalow into a beautiful, contemporary home. I could not be happier with the quality (and timeliness) of the work they have completed.

The gentleman who came was brilliant. He dealt with the leak efficiently.
I would look to him for advice/help on similar matters but obviously hope that there is no need.

They came and fixed the leak quoted £80 which was fine but charged me extra £60 to add silicon around the shower cubicle to seal it. £140 pound for a job that took 45mins and the only material they used was silicon. Absolute daylight robery literally no need am a single mum struggling like anyone else atm and just feels like they bumped up there prices because they thought I'm rich as I have a nice house. Hopefully they don't treat all of their customers like this.

Mitchell did a fabulous job. Was on time, very professional and a pleasure to be around while working. Honest and hard working individual which is hard to find in this day and age. Have used cowboys before so it was great to have someone we could trust.

With our flooring we had one little bit that needed tweaking and Mitchell needed to come back to finish it off. I paid him in full and hoped he would come back to finish up and he did as promised. Can't recomended him enough!

We were very satisfied with the recent repair work Frankie Martins did to our roof.

He replaced a ridge tile that had fallen off, replaced rotten batons, recommended unsecured tiles, removed an abandoned bird's nest and applied breathable membrane.

Out of the 3 tradesmen we asked for a quote, he was the only tradesman to climb the roof to inspect the damage without being asked. He provided a thorough analysis of the damage and explained the fix.

He gave quotes for: 1. the immediate fix, 2. a fix for the underlying problem, 3. a fix for a potential worst-case scenario that would only be known upon further inspection when undertaking the work.

When inspecting the roof damage for the quote, he thoughtfully removed the broken tile to prevent it falling from the roof and hurting someone.

Excellent communication. Provided regular updates on his progress while showing photos he had taken of the work on his phone. Always communicated clearly and explained roofing terminology clearly so it could be easily understood.

Provided a 20 year guarantee for any defect in installation, which gave us extra confidence in his work.

Cleaned up all debris and materials after work had finished, leaving the work area clean and tidy.
