Not sure what to put this job under, I am looking to see if I can have my telephone line moved into another room.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

This is certainly possible and fairly easy to achieve by doing the following
Run a new 3 pair telephone cable from your existing by point and connect into the new Bt point by copying the wiring in the original.

Technically it is only BT or the service provider that owns the line that can move it.
