Gap around newly fitted external bifold doors ?

In our new extension we have bifold doors fitted but not finished .
How big should the gap be between frame and stonework ?
Should the bottom frame with its runner mechanism sit flush on top of stonework , at present it is supported by plastic wedges and filled with expanding foam .
Many thanks

generally you should leave a 5-10mm gap which can be bonded and siliconed around.
Regarding the bottom of the door its seems as though you will need to bond the area showing the foam.

Hope this helps
