Honeywell st9400c to tado x

I’m looking to swap my current Honeywell over to tado. Looking at the wiring it all looks pretty straight forward. 3 lives, 3 neutral, 3 earth and then a wire in each 3+4 blocks in my current Honeywell. It controls hot water and heating with a separate thermostat upstairs for upstairs heating. When looking closer at it the 3 Neutral cables, 2 are blue and 1 grey. Upon checking online it states that the grey should be in live or HW OFF. Can anyone advise on this ? Thanks
