Hi there
There are products that clean ,clear and kill the mould which is a type of fungi, once you have found the right product you can then use an anti mould paint or additive to mix in with your paint either go to a good local decorators
shop or google to see if you can purchase from a local damp proofing company
other wise the mould will keep forming, managing the moisture in your property will also help, keeping wet clothes off radiators, closing doors from the kitchen and bathroom and making sure your air vents are clear.

Whatever you use such as bleach may give a short term fix but you need to fix the root cause of the problem, perhaps with better insulation / ventilation?
