Box Frame for extension rear opening

I have a single storey 6meter long and 6 meter wide kitchen extension. For the rear opening, do i need ensure i have a box frame or a steal beam sufficient

I suggest you find the actual rear opening size and then instruct a structural engineer to do the calculations for you

From my exsperience I would suggest a box frame as the loading is spread over a larger area

With an opening that long you will require a steel lintel and an engineer to do the calculations for you
