How can i complain about my builder

How can I complain about my builder . He Removed materials that I paid for without permission, not completed the job, ignores texts and calls, the price paid was far in excess of the original quote. I paid him in good faith when he was supposedly finished, but complained he was tired and has left my decking as a trip hazard.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Well first if you hired him through my builder I would leave a honest review so others can see what he's like.
I would also report him to the local authorities and check he is a legit company.
Then I would email him and tell him what you're going to do and give him a chance to put things right before you do this.
If you have a email chain you could go through small claims.

I would try and contact the company,
if they don't respond, report them to trading standards then seek legal advice , there is the option of small claims court but unfortunately it's quite a slow process
