Vokera Boiler keeps firing up

Basically the boiler keeps turning on for a bit then off. Seems like it's pre-heating but it's doing it several times in a row for a while then stops. Still have hot water and heating everything is working. Tried following instructions online to turn off the pre-heating but these boilers don't seem to have a lot of info so unsure if the pre-heating is off or not. Any help would be appreciated! EDIT: Just says Vokera Excel on the booklet - previous home owners didn't mention.

Possibly a faulty sensor on either the flow turbine or dhw sensor.
The only way to solve it is to get a gassafe engineer to diagnose the problem.
Maybe phone the manufacturer to get a fixed price repair.
