I am a software developer looking for new platforms to build. I am wondering how sole traders find apprentices to take on for additional work. I understand a lot of clients come through word of mouth. Is hiring someone to be with you on the job similar? Are there websites that act as job boards between apprentices and independent employers? If not is this a service you would be interested in?

Many colleges and training providers will also advertise apprenticeship vacancies on their websites. You can find out which colleges and training providers are close to you in Find a Provider.
