Decommission Old Alarm

I have an Visonic Alarm which I want to disconnect. Its connected to a fusebox but I dont know where it is connected to on the mains/control unit. If I remove the fuse, can I disconnect the wires from the fusebox to the alarm panel?

You could disconnect but remember your alarm system will have battery back up so you'd also need to disconnect the batteries in the alarm panel and also battery back up in the outside alarm sounder box. Please ensure the cables are dead before disconnecting.
