I have one window to block and brick up completely 1.2m x 2.1m at the front of the house, Another opening is 3.8m wide by 2.1 high, i want to block and brick it up with a smaller window 1.2m x 1.2m on the side of the house, have patio doors the other end, so plenty of light. can this be done with permitted development or do i need planning, East sussex, wealdon council Thanks

This can be done withought planning permission along as this is on the ground floor
