If the foundation has weakened and the foundations are cracked through then it will need underpining to avoid further damage

Hi, I will suggest using concrete for a long time fix. For a proper fix I will take out the drainage pus same concrete under and after put the drainage in level fill the gaps with concrete and the problem will be fix. The problem with the craks is because was used very low concrete mix formula as examples more sand then concrete which give you very low durability. I hope this will help the customer.

If there is a crack on a foundation it would be advisable for the structural engineer to be involved so that the crack can be investigated and assessed whether it is a structural crack or a shrinkage crack or any other type. Then the remedy will then be determined by according to the type of a crack.
