Gas Work Question

Combi boiler upgrade

I currently have 2 boilers, one for central heating and another for hot water. They are in the same place one above the other (kitchen and directly above in back bedroom). What i want to know is: how easy will it be to fit a combi? What is involved? And how much am i looking at?
As i understand it, 1 would be removed and all the pipes linked up?
Also must add its a tiny 4 room cottage terrace with 5 radiators in total. Shower is electric and isnt linked up to either boiler, just cold water.
Any advise greatly appreciated as i cant afford to get ripped off!
