Back to back WCs on same soil pipe

Is it permitted to install Back to back WCs on same soil pipe via a soil Tee? Both pans would be connected directly to the Tee either side of a stud wall - no additional length of pipe.

This would not be an advisable installation as you could suffer with backflow issues to the toilet not being flushed. You would need to install a WYE fitting so as to ensure correct flow of waste down into the soil pipe.

You can attach multiple w.c s to a single 110 mm dia soil pipe as long as you have a fall ( 1 in 40 ) And ventilation You can see this in public venues toilet systems where there are multiple w.cs
