Hi all, I’m struggling to get a simple answer out of Horsham/ West Sussex, as to weather or not I need planning permission to paint a side facing full extent of house exterior wall? The house doesn’t have any painted walls, but the windows and doors are grey, and the front of the house is tiled between ground and first floor. Would you say I need permission? Thanks for any help given :)
