The plumbing would need to be done by others really, and the electrics could involve a chase and plastering up depending on where closest socket is.

You may require individual fused spurs, to each appliance feeding single sockets, this will help with safe isolation of appliances for future maintenance, and save on heavy lifting.

I don't know about plumbing but regarding the extra power supply for the tumble dryer, some aspects need to be taken in consideration. For start, all sparky's will look for the easiest solution. Extend the existing ring main circuit.Ring Main 32A .If the circuit has been spured of the ring main that's not good. If the circuit it's a radial 2.5 cable not suitable for the intended purpose. By calculations on average a tumble dryer will take about 2.5KW and a wash machine the same.So if they run at the same time you looking at nearly 22 A. So,on tested and prooved ring main circuit it's ok to add another power point.
