Dimplex bathroom towel rail won’t turn back on

Hi. I switched my electric rail off for a week and now it won’t switch back on. It remains cold. The switch is located outside the bathroom and is an off/on(min, max) dial. Can anyone suggest the issue? There is a trip box nearby but I think that’s for my hot water heater. Thanks

Difficult to say if your unable to test wether it has power or not. Is there a box on the switch which contains a fuse? You could try swapping them over to check if the fuse has blown? Otherwise you need someone in to help you I'm afraid. No easy way to diagnose from this side of the screen!
