You have no reason to wait if the concrete is dry!

I would wait 28 days personally for the concrete to cure properly. Any quicker, you may run the risk of moisture going into the carpet and having a damp smell.

It all depends on temperature and ventilation in the room. If you keep heating on and an open window for draft than 3 days would be enough. That does obviously depends on depth of concrete that has been installed, as the higher quantity the longer it needs to cure. Knowing that its a carpet i would not worry to much, as dampness if there was any coming up would dry out in time. If it was laminate or other covering which doesn't let the floor breath than i would leave that for minimum of two weeks in ambient temperature. Hope this helps Mados

You can wait either 48hours or 7 days, 7days is what I advice as the concrete will have cured enough to take some on the potential weight and after 28days it ready to take its full capacity of weight, but it’s up to you ether 48hours or 7 days

I would say 7-10 days personally. This will mean the concrete would of had time to cure correctly.
