Artex repair help

Anonymous user 1 March 2024 - 2.57 PM

I had a bubble in my Artex which was there for years. My boyfriend accidentally popped it, nothing was wet but I tried to patch it up with a bit of pollyfilla and it just looks awful. I know I probably need more paint over it but are there any other suggestions? I have a photo but don’t know how to upload it here. **Is a normal tube pollyfilla ok or do you recommend a particular one?

If you want to match it back to the same style artex then use filler and get a paint brush to dab into the filler whilst wet, then you can try match it up as best you can and leave to dry before painting.
