Door width doesnt meet minimum width specifications for pull bar Fitter who surveyed basically told me to only have lever handle not to consider Finger Pull or Lever Pad for draught reasons Would appreciate opinions https://cmsdoors.co.uk/endurance-doors-may-white/

Hi.
Yes theres a minimum width needed for a slam shut auto lock which goes along with the long bar handle unfortunately your fitter is correct on what he is saving.
We would all love to have these doors however if you don't have the opening heights & widths then it's back to the drawing board.
