Hi Alan, Ensure you have water to the taps to make sure your waters on. Also check the return is open on the boiler. If both of them are correct then your expansion vessel will need recharging/replacing.

Make sure that both valves are open on the filling loop and tht you have running cold water at the tap. If this is ok, you may have a stuck closed none return valve on the filling loop or a faulty pressure gauge on your boiler

In addition to the previous answer, ensure both valves on the filling loop are open if you have two and make sure you are using the correct valves as some people I know try operating the return valve thinking it’s the filling loop. But as mentioned before check water to the taps to ensure you have water. If still no joy a plumber/heating engineer will take a look as it maybe several other things.

Just because a valve seems open it might not be open due to age if valve being seized due to calcium deposits around the valve or just to age and depreciation of the valves.

I would check you have water in your heating system as the pressure gauge could be faulty due to debris in system. If all ok you will need to check for leaks. Check Pressure relief valve pipe discharging to outside which is 15mm copper?
