Roofing Question

Walk on balcony refurbishment

I had a 5' x 25' balcony built 11 years ago and it was covered with roofing felt and then 12" walk on tiles on top. The tiles are starting to come loose and the felt I'm not 100% comfortable with. I cover the gully on the edge of the balcony with a 'Thompsons' sealing product but of course I cannot get to the joins under the tiles.

I have no leaks at the moment but I am certain that it's just a matter of time. Could anyone please advise a better more permenant solution that will last and will be guaranteed for a period of 'X' years.

Thanks David

Strip off existing covering, lay new OSB3 T&G, fit 2 x 600 gram sheets of GRP matting and topcoat. Fibreglass is the best solution in this instance.
