Roofing Question

We have an end of terrace house and get quite a lot of condensation in our daughters' bedrooms (they are on the end of the house). This tends to occur in the winter, on the windows and along the edge of the wall where it meets the roof and in the outside corner. We have also had problems with mould. Is this simple condensation or is there a problem with the roof. We have had no problems recently, despite all the heavy rain.

Hi, do you have roof vents fitted ? Do your windows have trickle vents fitted? Roof vents are strongly recommended to help a build up of condensation as warm air in the attic can lead to cold air getting trapped below thus leading to condensation. Always try to keep trickle vents on windows open to help prevent condensation. Reading your question it sounds like condensation and not a roof leak.
