Best way to paint plaster on walls?

I've just had my house rewired whats the best way to go about painting the plaster on the walls.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

With a good roller for the large areas and a nice brush for the cutting in !

Hi Please please make sure you primer/seal your walls first or you will have years of problems with them.And do not 50/50 mix PVA for a sealer !!

Spot on bright, don't use PVA like some say! non vinyl matt emulsion "contract matt" watered down around 50/50 and roll away...
