Is there a light on either the shower or the switch? If so and they are working then it won't be the fuse and is more likely to be an internal fault with the shower. When you say trip switch, if you mean Miniature Circuit Breaker, then that is, in effect, the fuse, and if it is still in the on position, then it is again, more likely to be a fault with the shower, or the shower switch.

I'm assuming it's an electric shower!? If so, the the electrical supply to the shower is fine (as there's power to open its water valve solenoid). I'd suggest the heater element/heater can in the shower is defunct. It may be possible to get a replacement, but it may (sadly) be cheaper to buy a new shower unit.
