Landscape Gardening Question

How much sand and cement do i need?

Hi, I'm going to order sand and cement in a couple of weeks but not sure how much to order. I'm doing 5 parts sand to 1 part cement to cover 25 square metres at 50mm thick. It's to lay paving flags on. If i use a SBR bonding agent, any idea how much i should order of this as well? Also, I've been recommended to use geo-fix for the pointing. Does anyone know if this is any good? Thanks

Hi you need two and a half ton of sand,15 bags cement, not sure for the sbr but probably about 7-10 litres and goe-fix is a total waste of money quick and easy to use but does'nt last and disscolours rapidly. You can't beat mortar pointing takes longer but worth the effort.
