I want to paint my rosewood pvc window white on inside do you need a special paint for painting pvc

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

there are two good paints on the market..krylon fusion all in one..and rusrt-o-leum paint for plastic.

You do not need a special paint, however, you need to prepare it for painting by sanding it, clear away dust and grit and apply the paint.

You shouldn't paint over PVC

I'd use Bradite One Can. Its waterbased and you can recoat after one hour. It sticks like glue too👍
