Bathroom Fitting Question

Changing a wetroom floor to tiles?

Hi
I am looking to buy a house and the house I am interested in has a wetroom downstairs. This has been installed for the current owner who is disabled so has a low shower etc. It also looks like an NHS bathroom with horrible beige non slip flooring. I would like to change the flooring to nice tiles and move the shower to put in a rain shower and glass screen.
Is it possible to change the floor quite easily? The room is approx 1.9m x 2m
Thank you for your help.

Yes this is possible just as long as you get a wetroom and bathroom fitter to do the work or at least a tiler with wetroom experience
