Painting & Decorating Question

fresh paint peeling off

Dear painters,I got a weird situation, was about to decorate the house, walls are freshly plastered but ceilings are not
Gave ceilings a coat of white silk emulsion(b &q)then Mrs decided to paint the ceilings too in same color as walls (antique cream by CROWN)when painted after few minutes big bubbles appears immediately while was painting,It happened allover the ceiling ,i mean in patches here and there,I am scared of painting again as it might make bubbles again

what solution we got?should i paint some undercoat?or some kind of PVA?or something else?

Some walls can blister if you use to much paint on them at once. ie try to give two coats very quickly. There is a number of things you can do. once is to water the paint down 50-50 with water. you can also do the same with PVA to try and bond it. very hard to say why this has happed with out seeing it.
