Roofing Question

Rain getting in through ventilation tiles

Had a few ubbink ventilation tiles put up on the roof last year. Noticed after recent rain that water has come through 2 of the vent tiles that are on the same bit of roof, staining the ceiling below. If the rain comes in at an angle then I guess it's possible rain can get through the vent holes and into the roof space.

I am wondering whether to get rid of those vents and put back normal tiles...or is there something I have overlooked? for now I have put buckets beneath the vents.

Anyone with advice?

Sorry to say but it sounds like your vents have been fitted incorrect .ive never known of a tile vent letting in water no matter what direction the rain come fom these are tested for all weather conditions ,best thing to do is get someone to come out to inspect the vents
