Wallpaper disaster

Hello
Im looking at some advice on how to fix my wall after taking wallpaper off completely destroyed it down to the brown part of the plasterboard. Any help here would rewlly be appreciated.

I suggest if you can hire someone to plaster the wall if it’s too damaged and then repaint it
Or the easiest and cheapest way is to wallpaper the entire wall

bond all areas and re skim double coat.
then size and re-paper.

If it has ruined the plaster underneath then i would recommend re plastering the wall first. waiting 7 days and then seal the new plaster before a new finish coat of paint or wallpaper

You can fix this yourself.
Zinsser gardz applied to damaged dry wall as you have, seals and hardens the surface so that when dry, filler can be applied to repair the damage( toupret fillers are best for this.
Once the damage has been repaired/ sanded smooth, line the wall with 1200 grade lining paper.
If this is done well, you will have a nice new surface that will look great when painted
