Granite worktop fitting

Hi I have bought 30mm granite worktop. I know fitting this is a specialist job can you hire by the day/ half day or is it a price per cut. Also would you recomend a template or cut on site service? I am based in Yorks if it helps Thank BBL Hiya thanks for your question I beleive there will need to be a sink cut out, the corners rounded on 6 edges and 2 corners made.

hi, yes it needs templating then cutting to templates, and any hob and sink cut outs doing andy

The normal way to buy granite is to have it templated first then the granite is cut off site to the templates. It would be then brought to site and fitted. Depending on what is involved in your job. The granite you have could be cut and edge polished on site. Or templated taken away and cut polished in our factory.Returned and fitted. Do you know how much cutting will need to be done to fit your granite? Regards, Nick Kitchen Tech UK

I can fabricate a granite or Quartz job on site just as well as a lot of companies can do in their factories with 100’s of 1000’s of pounds worth of machinery. Some people are not qualified to answer these questions
