Hi there,
This all depends on where the current pipes are located. Are they run under the floor etc. Without pictures or seeing the job it is hard to say.
Kind regards

Yes you can have a free standing bath in the middle of the room and the pipework can be under the floor boards.

Free standing baths are designed to be installed almost anywhere however it's very important to make sure that because the pipes are presented to the bath go underneath the floor and wooden structural support joists may not always allow position granted so it's important to survey and check applying with the structural building regulations and conditions making sure that the waste pipe would have sufficient run etc
Buetifull baths we install many but are best suited to big spacious rooms where they present themselves with reflection and grace

Hot and cold pipes most of the time can be run anywhere ! Your Major propblem is your 1 1/2 waste i bet that is what will stop you being able to !

Hi it should not be a problem re routing the hot and cold water feed pipes but the issue you might have is if there will be enough fall on your waste pipe?? In my experience it should not be a big job but there are obstacles sometimes in bathroom fitting but should be able to get around it.many thanks lee L B Bathrooms
