Windows Question

Can wooden window frames be replaced with upvc?

Hi currently have wooden window frames with double glazed glass.

Is it possible just to have the frames replaced with UPVC or would the glass have to be replaced as well?

Thanks

Hi sorry the whole lot has to be replaced as the glass wont fit , the major cost for upvc is the window it self and fitting

The whole window would need to be replaced, however glass is not expensive so the main cost is the frames. Shop around for prices you will find they don't cost as much as people tend to think
