viny silk is only designed for use internally to provide a wipe clean finish, exterior walls should only be painted using exterior masonary paint, A pliolite based masonary paint is superior and although more expensive will last for many years.

Hello The best masonry paint by far is Pliolite it is oilbound as opposed to water based therefore it has a much longer lifespan and can be washed down... all the leading manufacturers make it so no problem for supply

Hi u can't use silk paint for exterior work be cause if u read all instruction is not for exterior the product is only for interior use in most of the cases in kitchen area or bathroom being good shield against moisture and steam and also washble. What u can use for exterior and one of the best is Sandtex,Johnstones,Dulux and Crown or Leyland.

No vinyl silk paint cannot be used on an exterior wall. Masonry paint must be used on an exterior wall. Lots of different companies make these paints (Sandtex, Dulux, Leyland, Johnstones). In my professional opinion I always use Dulux Weathershield.
