Most probably not the floor but most definitely on the walls if you choose and use the right fixing to support it

Not many radiators screw to the floor, if it does take care with hidden pipework. With wall hung brackets etc always check what material you are drilling into, and buy suitable screws, plugs, fixings. Don't always use the fixings that come with the rad.
