Just a general question, i need a wall tie report for an end of terraced property. What would it involve please ? Thank you

You will need to get a surveyor to come and take a look at the property as they will have the knowledge of the building and when and how it was constructed, they may put a camera in the cavity to inspect if it has a cavity..
