New conservatory has three leaks

Builder tried twice to fix leaks now is blaming my bungalow roof tiles as the problem but surely even if it was the water shouldn’t come through past box gutter?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Its most likely the box gutter which are notorious for leaking.tell them to fix it if youve not payed yet keep 10% back till its fixed.

The tiles if fitted correctly will not be the issue. There could be many issues please let me know if you need any advice, regards Nigel
