Hello there, I have a sandstone paving slabs in my own garden with a solid hot tub on them and it’s been just fine so I imagine an inflatable one would be fine, hope this helps.

I have an inflatable (Lay-Z) spa and use it on our paved area (sandstone slabs) and we have no issues either. Our spa is 800ltrs and sits fine.

Depends on th build up of the patio. If it has 100mm or more of hardcore that has been properly compacted then it will be fine. If the patio isn't built well it could crack or sink over time.

I am an experienced landscape gardener and your lazy spa will be fine. Mine has sit on decking for 2 years with no problems. Only thing I can say is ensure any rainwater is not obstructed by lazy spa. If it is I would simply lay some cheap slabs on top with spaces between or maybe flat timber for water to pass under spa.
