Wich is better warm roof or cold roof. We are fitting two lantern roofs?

Hi I’m my opinion warm roof is better I fit fibreglass roofs for a living more expensive but a lot more effective and better in long run thanks James fibreglass roof master

In my opinion a warm roof is better, can be done with EPDM Rubber or fibre glass. It will be a bit more expensive, but a lot more beneficial. Is worth paying that little extra.

To comply with Building Regulations Approved Document C & L you would need a warm roof to be passed off by BC. This is definitely the best option.
