No water upstairs

Hi I have all of a sudden have No water upstairs. Toilet is not filming up cannot shower or run a bath yet I have cold water downstairs. Can someone advise me if this is an airlock any why this happens. Is there a quick fix or do I need to get a plumber out. This did happen once before and water came backovernihht. Please help!

Airlock by the sounds of it, route problem could be with Float Valve or CWST not replenishing properly or quick enough.
