Capped gas cooker pipe doesn't fit

Hi carbon homes capped my cooker pipe an now the hose that fitted in wall doesn't fit have carbon homes done sum thing or taken but of connected

Sounds like they have removed the fitting thats required to connect the flexible hose, so it can be blanked off. You will need to contact a gas safe registered engineer to reestablish your cooker. who will test your installation.

They have plugged it to stop it being re connected, issued a Warning Notice ID Classification. You cant just reconnect as it is Dangerous to be in use...
