Tribune HE 180L Direct hot water cylinder

Anonymous user 23 February 2024 - 3.14 PM

Hi wanted to ask if this could be replaced with a universal type hot water cylinder as these seem very expensive to replace like with like. The existing one is starting to rust at the bottom and the bottom element is not heating up water.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Yes you can, but you will have to go for a grade 1 cylinder and and renew all safety devices on the existing installation with ones that are limited to a maximum of 3 bar pressure !!! Safety first ! Good luck !
