I bled my radiators with the heating on does this mean I have put more air in the radiators as my boiler pressure has dropped since I did this

No, you haven't put more air in, just let the air that was in the system out. The pressure will have reduced so you just need to add more in via the tap on the boiler. Just make sure you only add enough in to put it to where it needs to be. Do not panic if you go slightly over, but try to avoid it.
