Ceiling rose fault

When I wanted to put up a new ceiling light I had to remove all the block connectors and put in a ceiling rose after all was connected up my outside light won’t work as it’s on a double light switch which also puts on the hall light which works fine any help would be greatly received. Thanx in advance

Classic mistake of mixing loop ins and switchlines. You will need a continuity tester to trace the switchlines and separate them from the loop in/outs.
