Lockshield valve

A radiator last in the line is only getting warm when set to maximum. My lockshield valve is fully open. If I shut it a bit will my radiator get hotter because the flow is reduced

There might be air in the radiator. Try bleeding the radiator.

Try turning all the other radiators off and then leaving the one affected on. This should get hot. Once this is hot, open up all the others.

I would also recommend trying to balance the heating system so all radiators heat up equally.
