Gas Work Question

Installing lpg hob adjacent to oil fired aga

I want to install an lpg hob in a slate worktop next to my oil fired aga. We have no mains gas so will need to use bottled gas. I would like to situate the lpg canister outside the kitchen and drill through the exterior wall to supply the hob. The gas line would not actually be in contact with the aga. It would just supply the hob sited 10-20cm from the aga. Are there any regulatory restrictions on siting an lpg hob in this way?
